We performed µSR measurements on a polycrystalline sample of PrPt5 from 70 K down to 50 mK in order to clarify whether PrPt5 shows bulk superconductivity or not. Unfortunately, strong local field and very low upper critical field made it difficult to characterize possible superconductivity in PrPt5. On the assumption that the superconductivity is realized over the whole specimen, the lower limit of the magnetic penetration depth is estimated to be 540 nm.
